The following are known problems:

Show has the following problems (MapBake code in quotes):
Cuba (CU) - No ISO codes for Artemisa and Mayabeque (still together as La Habana) "q1"
Western Sahara (EH) - No map "zq"
Greenland (GL) - National park not shown "Pq"
Kenya (KE) - no map "Ix"
Kyrgyzstan (KG) - Bishkek not shown "g9"
Cayman Islands (KY) - no map "8q"
Kazakhstan (KZ) - Baykonur left out "k0"
Serbia (RS) - only VO shows "BT"
French Southern Territories (TF) - no map "y0"
Taiwan (TW) - no map "c1"
United States Minor Outlying Islands (UM) - no map "Wy"
Uzbekistan (UZ) - Toshkent city not shown "y1"
Samoa (WS) - no map "3="

KML/KMZ generation is missing some polygons (MapBake code in quotes):
Lebanon (LB) - missing AK and BH "=tq"
Taiwan (TW) - missing KHH, TNN, and TXG "ozk"

The polygon data used to create the KML files can have different levels of quality for different places. If you find errors, let me know.

Cuba now shows correctly. The temporary codes X01 and X02 are used to identify Artemisa and Mayabeque. Once I know that geocharts will use 15 and 16 I will change it back.

Since sub-codes have been added:

I have collected polygon data for all sub-codes except for the following:

Morocco (MA) - 63 sub-codes
Greece (GR) - 51 sub-codes
Bangladesh (BD) 64 sub-codes
Uganda (UG) - 112 sub-codes
Zambia (ZM) - 96 sub-codes
Lithuania (LT) - 66 sub-codes
Fiji (FJ) - 14 sub-codes
France (FR) - 1 sub-code Meuse (55) has incorrect map
United Kingdom (GB) - 1 sub-code London, City of (LND). The Wikipedia entry says it has a population of around 7000 so I am thinking this may be just a small part of London.

So, that is missing map data for 468 of 5858 places
